Nancy Peltonen

President & CEO

Ms. Peltonen became President & CEO of the Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce in September of 2015. During this time, Nancy has grown membership, increased programs to benefit Chamber members, implemented signature events and advocated on behalf of the business community at the local, state and federal level. Nancy had been a member of the Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce from 2008-2015 in her role as Serene Harbor’s Director of Marketing & Fundraising. She assisted them with raising over $1,000,000 during her tenure.

Nancy is Canadian and managed a $7 million Shoppers Drug Mart store in Toronto where she was responsible for managing 50 employees, product acquisition, merchandising and special event planning.

Nancy has a Master’s Degree in Management and Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.



Pat Luckey

Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operating Officer for the Palm Bay Chamber handles the day to day operations within the Chamber. Mrs. Luckey works with prospective and current members to assist them with their chamber benefits. In addition she oversees all financial duties including invoicing and accounts payable.

She is responsible for the marketing, event planning and communications for the chamber including membership communications, interfacing with prospects and vendors, managing logistics and fundraisers.

She has over thirty years experience in the office management and financial sectors working both in New York and Florida in the banking and health care fields and has an A.A.S certification in Accounting from CUNY La Guardia in Queens, NY.



Carolina Rojas

Information Specialist

Carolina started at the Chamber as a volunteer in October 2015, and currently works as an Information Specialist. She has the responsibility of updating all the content generated from the Chamber through different media tools (Website, Social Media, Printed & Digital documents) such as: Events, News, Member Events and other different digital marketing products or services.

She has over 15 years of professional experience in public and private industries in fields such as: finances, marketing, projects development, statistics, research, and others.
